How long does it take to make my cover?
Each Heirloom Bookery cover is made to order through a thoughtful, hands-on process. Please allow 1-2 weeks for crafting before your order ships. Because every cover is customized, crafting time is part of what makes each piece special.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship once crafting is complete. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship from the United States using USPS / UPS, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs office.
What if my address is incorrect?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to replace or refund orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at welovebooks@heirloombookery.com within 10 days of delivery or expected delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.
Do holidays or busy seasons affect shipping?
During holidays or periods of high order volume, crafting and transit times may be extended. If this applies to your order, we’ll share updates as needed.
