At Heirloom Bookery, each cover is handcrafted to order and customized specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Every piece is made with intention — engraved, cut, assembled, and finished by hand — and cannot be restocked once created.

Order Accuracy

Please review your customization details carefully before placing your order, including:

  • Spelling of names or monograms

  • Scripture or quote selections

  • Leather and wood selections

  • Size and format (adjustable or fitted)

We begin production based on the exact information submitted at checkout.

If There Is an Issue

  • Clear photos of the issue

We stand behind our craftsmanship and will work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of the work.
